I think I lost some hair getting this to work, and it took a while… but I finally got IL-2: 1946 to work nicely with my SoftTH triplehead setup.

My setup is pretty simple, I use the integrated graphics (Radeon 2100) as the 1st card in the BIOS (I don’t have a choice there), but select my nVidia 430 (center monitor) in Windows 7 (64bit) as my ‘main display’.

NOTES: I actually use my local IP address for device link & San’s FOV Changer, but I think 127.0.0.1 should work (if you already have it working, then don’t change device link settings, just change FOV).

I run IL-2 with the native resolution of 4660×900 (1440 + 90 + 1600 + 90 + 1440) set in the config file once and then open ‘SoftTH.log’. Within it will be other resolutions that you can use for: forceResolutionWidth, forceResolutionHeight, and the conf.ini IL-2 resolution (I have some games that I run at reduced resolution to increase fps).
